TORFABRIK | adidas present the official match ball of the Bundesliga : Football Equipment : Soccer Bible

Equipped with a striking new geo-metric design, the official match ball for the elite of German football has been unveiled by adidas.

Featuring a new diamond look the official match ball for the 2015/16 season has been presented from the "Berlin Base". The Bundesliga boasts the largest average audience globally, the design on the ball - diamond ribbons that are woven with black, red and gold colours represents the close tie between the fans and clubs in the league.

Based on the technology that formed the "brazuca", from the FIFA World Cup 2014, the exterior structure as well as the symmetry of the six identical panels allow for improved grip and ball control, as well as optimized gameplay conditions.

The "TORFABRIK" has undergone intensive and ruthless testing in the labs of adidas - focusing on weight, water uptake, form and size and now fulfills all of the FIFA conditions for an official match ball. During winter the ball will feature a bright Orange colour design to ensure optimum visibility in snowy weather conditions. It will be used on the pitch for the first time on Sunday 12th July during the Telekom Cup in Mönchengladbach.
