The new adidas Predator X football boots have the classical black leather upper, but feature Cyan detailing at various positions to bring the boot into the Champions range. This boot will suit various Predator wearers, including Steven Gerrard and Dimitar Berbatov, who prefer to only wear black colourways.
The upper of the new adidas Predator X football boots is made from a Taurus leather material, which is preferred by such players as David Beckham. The new leather material has the added benefit of being more durable than previous incarnations, whilst maintaining the Predators comfortable fit and ball touch and feel properties.
For the Predator X, adidas radically redesigned the Predator element to once again deliver exceptional power, swerve and accuracy. Strategically placed, the Predator element is made from a rubber-silicon mix, and the textured surface and soft compound creates increased contact time and incredible friction with the ball.
Featuring a wrap-around boot collar and tongue, the adidas Predator X Black/White/Cyan has an asymmetrical lacing system, complimented by a new "Taperlace" system. The thinner and flatter lacing system combines with the new wrap around tongue, to reduce any unnecessary material between the foot and the ball.
As the name suggests, the new innovative PowerSpine technology forms the spine of the Predator X boot and ensures greater precision and power in shooting. The PowerSpine manages the foot during ball strike, preventing over-bending to channel more of the foot's energy and power into the ball, whilst also reducing the risk of injury.
The new Black/White/Cyan adidas Predator X football boots are a subtle yet classy looking addition to the Predator X range. Available to pre-order now, these Predator football boots are expected to hit the shelves from early August for around £135 GBP.
